eBehavior CMS

Create a Better Learning Environment

eBehavior CMS™ (Classroom Management System) provides schools with a powerful solution to create a positive learning environment that increases teacher efficiency, improves student responsibility, and strengthens communication between parents, students, teachers, and faculty.

eBehavior CMS provides schools with a web application that helps implement and track a consistent, school wide behavior policy focused on positive recognition. eBehavior CMS encourages teachers to recognize good behavior, identify only the most disruptive activities, and to discipline those actions consistently across the student body.

Schools that implement eBehavior CMS realize the following benefits:

  • An environment conducive to learning.
  • Consistent application of the school’s discipline policy.
  • Improved communication between parents, students, teachers, and faculty.
  • A positive environment as a result of the school’s focus on good behavior.
  • Teachers are more consistent in their support of the school’s discipline policy.
  • Teachers and faculty are more efficient in administering discipline policy.

eBehavior CMS Feature List

Feature Description
Web Application Allows all registered users to access eBehavior CMS without installing any software as well as access from home.

Discipline Event Types eBehavior supports both praise and detention disicipline event types. The specifics of each type of event, such as Tardy,
Academic Dishonesty, etc. are configurable by individual school.
Detention Events Students receiving a detention event will automatically be assigned a 1-day detention. Those events that have been flagged as a referral can have the detention length changed in the Referral Manager (see below).
Class Rosters Teachers can quickly find their students by selecting
their class and then one or more students. The class rosters are designed to be integrated with your school’s information system so that your teachers see an accurate class roster.
Automatic Parent Notification Parents can, if the teacher’s select it (or by default), receive an email when their children receive either a detention or praise event. Each email contains the details of the event, the date, and the teacher assigning the event.
Detention Manager eBehavior contains the ability to track and manage detentions generated by eBehavior. Detention Manager allows those with appropriate privileges (such as the dean or campus aides) to clear detentions as they are served.
Referral Manager Similar to the Detention Manager described above, Referral Manager allows the dean (and whomever else has privileges) to manage referrals. This includes the capability to adjust detention length, enter notes, and document other responses, such as parent
conference, etc.
Reports eBehavior contains a powerful set of reports to be used by teacher, administrators, and in some cases, students. The current set of reports include:
  • Today’s Events (by teacher)
  • Today’s Events (All Teachers)
  • Active Detentions (My Classes)
  • Active Detentions (All)
  • Active Detentions (Student Posting – Contains no names, only student IDs)
  • Active Praise (Student Posting – Contains no names, only student IDs)
  • Events by Student
  • Daily Summary (Yesterday)
